|Support Reagent manufacturing.|
Conduct investigations on internal nonconformances and customer complaints related to Reagents.
Assist in developing/ improving Reagent manufacturing processes and/or products.
Design experiments and testing schemes, analyze data, write protocols and reports and present results to a cross-functional team.
Must demonstrate strong problem solving and analytical skills and be a team player.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and audits a plus.
Familiar with process and test method validations.
Excellent communication skills. Shall be able to perform under pressure to meet project deadlines.
•Support Departmental and Research and Development (R&D) activities in support of new product development.
•Develop product formulations under supervision and communicate technical findings.
Perform batch calculations, prepare weigh sheets and manufacturing instructions.
Weigh ingredients and prepare research batches in the pilot plant or lab.
Coordinate testing. Monitor, organize, and interpret results.
Communicate technical results to project teams.
Work Performance: Successfully summarizes data and analyzes results; formulates conclusions and reviews progress with supervisor. Actively participates in routine maintenance, lab safety, GMP implementation as appropriate. Based on area, may assume training role.
•Skills & Experience
Minimum B.S. in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Math, Engineering or related scientific field with 2 years' experience in research or industry laboratory.
Experience in food chemistry, ingredients interactions, lipid oxidation and antioxidants, carbohydrate research, Client ingredients delivery systems or comparably complex systems is desired.
Looking for someone to start as soon as the on boarding is complete.
