Enables organization to achieve greater flexibility and attain competitive advantages by leveraging its human capital. Conducts needs analysis and resource allocation studies to determine most effective use of human capital resources. Makes recommendations to top management based on research. Will provide consultation on complex projects: Cloud Program for organizational development and change. Will report to the hiring manager of this job posting. May be a dotted line to portfolio owner based on projects supporting such as Cloud.

? Bachelors degree is required. Masters is preferred.
? 7 years of experience in overall Organizational Change Management and Organizational Development. Change management experience in IT and/or large programs.
? Experience in building a Change Management Office (CMO).
? Experience in conducting detailed analysis and research regarding best practices, effectiveness, and lessons learned from large scale engagement implementing enterprise wide systems and technology solutions.
? Prosci certification is required.

? Provide consultation to leadership/executives about organizational change best practices and performance improvements.
? Partner with IT leaders to build OCM practice and oversee full OCM/Training engagements and execution across the enterprise to maximize adoption in support of overall business and people strategies.
? Partner IT leaders to align enterprise transformation sponsorship model with new/existing governance approach to ensure alignment across executive sponsors and leadership and maximum employee engagement, adoption, and usage.
? Engage executives, sponsors, portfolio/program/project management, HR, internal communications, Branding, Digital Technology, vendors, and other business leaders to provide holistic strategies and change management discipline.
? Lead change management engagements and create transformation strategies, plans, and activities by designing and deploying change principles, identifying human capital opportunities, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
? Provide direct support and coaching to all levels (leaders, Change Champions, and staff) and create and maintain lines of communication between business, industry and other change management groups to prepare them for the transition through change impacts, walkthroughs, tool demos, etc.
? Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop a stakeholder strategy to manage the overall change across the different organizations, work groups, and locations (national and global ? 90k users) as well as conduct workforce analysis to identify key personas and scenarios.
? Develop and distribute readiness surveys and analyze results to use findings to calibrate all change management plans.
? Partner with project management to ensure collaborative efforts and integrate the change management plan with the overall effort.
This is not a contract to hire position but will consider for permanent role based on performance and need.

Skill Level:Senior Level (greater than 8 yrs exp.)
