|Years Experience: 3-6 Skills: Responsible for the administration, support and delivery of global compensation programs that are aimed at attracting and retaining talent. Performs job evaluations globally. Provides recommendations on various pay actions (external offers, promotions, equities, bonus buyouts, etc.). Completes salary survey submissions and equity studies. Administers the job description process. Supports various compensation programs including salary planning, merit increases, short-term incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans. Provides compensation analysis and data management support for special projects including acquisitions and divestitures, large reorganizations, job leveling, job hierarchies, internal and external audits, new government-mandated changes, etc. Bachelors degree required and 3-6 years in a compensation analyst role with some experience in basic compensation functions. Experience leading small to medium projects. Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Core Job Responsibilities:
? Provides recommendations on various pay actions (external offers, promotions, equities, bonus buyouts, etc.) utilizing survey sources, market references, internal equity, and other data as appropriate. ? Completes salary survey submissions and utilizes results for the development of start rates, site wage proposals, salary structures and equity studies.
? Administers the job description process.
? Supports the global administration and communication of annual compensation programs including merit increases, short-term incentive plans, and long-term incentive plans.
? Performs various data audits. Contributes to the roll out and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation programs.
? Provides input to enhance existing processes or to establish processes for new programs.
? Collaborates with OUS Service Centers to complete work.
? Strong project management experience.
? Ability to document processes and train less experienced team members Project Management
? Propose contingency plans to anticipate and respond to unforeseen events. Accountable for a successful completion of project tasks on time.
? Evaluates the impact of project changes and makes appropriate adjustments to ensure deadlines are met. Notifies management of any downstream impacts.
