Project Description:
Low volume Inbound/Outbound Communication Center that provides customer service to participants in a data collection study

Task Description:
Place and answer calls and respond to emails
Handle customer inquiries by phone and email
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system
Update existing customer information
Process calls and reports
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls/e-mails to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Minor technical troubleshooting with web browsers, our App, website, and operating systems
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Data entry tasks, as needed

Required Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Required language proficiency both verbal and written
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
Applicable experience in a call center or customer service environment
Good data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Demonstrated reliability
