? We are looking for a Digital Reliability Analyst with primary focus on our digital customer experience to improve the usability and quality of our digital channels.
? This person will represent the Digital Reliability team as a subject matter expert during scope and story development, conduct manual testing of work-in-progress development during sprints, and provide feedback to scrum teams on how to improve the experience.
? They will also coordinate with broader QA team to plan and execute for cross-browser and cross-device validation, design and execute accessibility test cases, and prioritize defects based on priority/severity.


? Work with business to define user stories and assist building acceptance criteria during story grooming
? Align with global test team to identify gaps in functional coverage
? Create and execute user acceptance test cases including accessibility tests to ensure our products are compliant with WCAG/DOT guidelines
? Provide go-live readiness; does the product meet the needs of our users and business; is the product reliable and dependable
? Log, track and manage usability/functional issues
? Conduct demos for business, stakeholders and contact center representatives on enhancements
? Proactive research to provide actionable insights that drive future design improvements or functional issues

Required Skills:

? 5-7 years of UAT/QA testing, UX/BA experience is a plus
? Experience testing E-commerce sites and Android & iOS mobile apps
? Must demonstrate high attention to detail
? Exhibits strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
? Strong written and oral communication skills
? Intuitive, creative and able to see the bigger picture
? Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and concepts
? Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies
? Highly motivated self-starter, but team player who works well on cross functional team
? Proficient with defect management tools - ALM Quality center, TFS - Team Foundation Server, JIRA

Preferred/Plus Skills:

? Experience with research tools
? Experience with airline reservation systems such as Shares, Sabre, World Span, Travelport, and/or Apollo highly valued
? Screen reader tools such as Jaws, VoiceOver, NVDA
? Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 guidelines
? Airline background is a plus
