Hours for this position are 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST.

This position is Help Desk position that is Customer Service oriented where may have to work with Sales people as well as customers.
Should have Technical abilities like troubleshooting for Windows, installing windows drivers, some desktop knowledge so can solve issue while on the call.
Previous experience working in healthcare/medical devices preferred or even having a Nursing background may assist.
Will be supporting blood glucose sensors for diabetes so any knowledge of diabetes or blood glucose sensor experience would be helpful but not required.

Looking for a very customer service orientated candidate who has some technical ability.
For software
Experience with web based programs and a proprietary software (proprietary software will be taught) and for hardware
Experience accessing application through Web, connecting through USB port, connecting devices, installing device drivers, basic level 1 help desk knowledge etc.
Experience in a help desk environment handling 20 to 30 calls would be preferable.
Would like some medical knowledge as will be supporting a proprietary continuous glucose monitoring device.
Examples would be knowledge of diabetes, medical knowledge even medical billing knowledge, nursing backgrounds etc. as the manager explained in this position the candidate will 100% be taking calls from doctors, nurses etc. who are reporting issues with the device and the candidate will need to follow procedures on questions to ask etc.

Please remember that along with customer service, diabetes or medical billing experience that the candidate does also need some technical ability.

Examples of calls would be
-doctor/nurse just had a patient call and their sensor fell off and wants to know if can be replaced.
A technical call example would be
-connected my glucose reader to my computer and my computer couldn't read the device. Manager would like a minimum of high school diploma but college degree is not required.

High school diploma is required, college is preferred.

The candidate will start as soon as selected and has cleared onboarding.
