The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects of low to medium size and complexity, or components of large projects, according to strict deadlines, and a defined budget. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives with management direction, and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle, using proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of IT and Business investments.

? Must understand what the Scrum team is responsible for but a Scrum Master candidate will not be happy in this role
? Primarily responsible for engaging with vendors to complete inventory of work and work through RFPs for potential new vendors
? Oversee the development of the detailed business requirements for assigned component or project to ensure they address the business unit's objectives
? Will participate in issue resolution
? Track, manage, and adjust the original plan as necessary to ensure success
? Responsible for ensuring the vendor teams gain and maintain access to required systems
? Meet the project requirements by delivering a quality solution, on time, and within the planned budget
? Ability to work in a matrix environment
? Responsible for communicating with both onshore and offshore teams
? Experience with communication and alignment of information form stakeholders up to VP level
? May potentially communicate directly with development team but will usually communicate with the vendor leads
? The project is in per-vision

? 5-7 years' experience in a Project Management role
? A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area required
? Strong communication and presentation skills are critical
? Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint) experience required
? Jira, Confluence, and TFS experience preferred
? Experience managing a project from a Waterfall aspect
? Must be able to clearly articulate status, risk, and next steps to leadership
? Ecommerce project experience preferred (specifically research development project within the Ecommerce space)
? Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams
