|? Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.|

**ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM HIRING MANAGER**
? Application already exists - written in .Net with a SQL Server database
? Resources will support multiple projects to enhance the existing application
? Manager is looking for fullstack .Net developers with SQL Server 2012 experience for SSRS reporting
? Candidates should have more of a background in real time transactional applications rather than batch
? Must be a problem-solver; manager often finds they can develop, but are unable to troubleshoot
? Must be able to multi-task and might be tasked with some minor support functions
? Must have good communication skills as they will interact a lot with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architect, and offshore team - possibly business partners as well
? Interviews will be technical in nature
? Manager is open to hiring from a video conference for candidates who are not local, although he prefers setting up initial F2F interviews
