Statement of Work:
Support the development efforts for the purposes of enhancement of the internal and external portals as well as any defect fixes at 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund.
Develop new capabilities using C#, ASP.NET:
?Design & develop new WEB modules as well as enhance existing modules within the 9/11 Victims Compensation Fund (VCF) Claims Management System (CMS) applications.
?In addition, the person will also support defect fixes, and modify features within the CMS applications based on requirements/testing.
Required skills/Level of Experience :
?Strong programming skills with Microsoft .Net along with good understanding of developing code to interact with relational databases.
?Detailed understanding of the software development life cycle phases.
?Knowledge of Electronic Records Management (ERM) tools and practices
?Commanding knowledge and hands on working experience with complex/large database packages, procedures, functions and triggers with SQL Server
?10 ? 12 years of hands-on work experience with C#, ASP.NE using MVC WEB Design/Development
?Familiar AJAX, REST, jQuery, SOAP Web Services, Microsoft SQL T/SQL
?Ability to work well in a team environment
?Strong verbal and written communication skills
Candidate must be able to work independently on complex design
