Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a TS/SCI and eligible for C/I Polygraph.

JOB SUMMARY:
The selected candidate will draft, develop, write, coordinate approval release, and maintain JFHQ-DODIN orders and directives. Work with the JDOC Chief of Operations (CHOPs) to ensure order acknowledgement and track completion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintain awareness of USSTRATCOM / USCYBERCOM / JFHQ-DODIN directives, orders, alerts, and messages; respond to related network operations questions. Assist in technical development, transmission and tracking of orders to include Task Orders (TO), Warning Orders (WARNORD), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGO).
? De-conflict, coordinate, and synchronize OPORD conflicts and compliance with attached DISA, subordinate, and/or supporting forces and supporting commands.
? Participate in the coordination of risk assessments and desired end-states with JFHQ-DODIN J3 and GEOC Cyber Captain. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved or de-conflicted.
? shall provide a daily brief or upon request a detailed status of ongoing orders and those pending release (in-draft). Status will include but not limited to acknowledgement by tasked commands, pending or follow up actions, and percentage of completion.
? Attend various operation planning meetings to capture new order requirements or refine orders previously sent. Maintain an archive/database of all orders, associated schedules and checklists.
? Respond to JFHQ-DODIN requirements for real world and exercise Contingency Operations (COOP) and National Capital Region (NCR) catastrophic events.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
?Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and 4+ years of overall related experience. 8+ years of additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
?Currently possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
?Experience with planning and development of Operational Plans at an organizational level.
?Experience at Joint Command and/or Operations Center.
?In-depth understanding of military order and the military decision making process.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II, Security +CE.

Experience briefing Senior Leaders
