Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complex tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a unit/department head.

? 40% - Lead and manage projects as assigned, both tactical and strategic
? 40% - Deliver high quality artifacts and outcome through all phases of PMLC including Envision, Design, Build, and Activate as needed to realize measurable business results
? 10% - Coach, guide, train project team members and other PMs on EDBA, PMLC and related artifacts and deliverables
? 10% - Assist team members and research operational and performance data to provide statistics, trends, and reporting that inform leadership steering and decision-making, and as assigned

? Undergraduate degree in business, technical, or aviation related discipline required
? Advanced degree preferred
? Project Management (PMI) Certification (Preferred)
? Lean Six Sigma certification

? Experience managing multiple large, complex projects across multiple functions
? Experience managing and mentoring project management staff
? Proven expertise successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources
? Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership
? Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business benefit through project execution
? Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
? Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating, delegating and motivating cross functional groups or activities
? Exposure with change management/facilitation, enterprise communication and training

? Has discretion in making tactical decisions; provides input on strategic decisions to management as required. Decisions and achievement of results could have a significant impact on the group's overall performance. Effects could be long-lasting; expected to be creative to develop high-impact changes in processes or strategies.

? Manager is in need of 3 resources that will be assigned to Content Management System, Supply Chain, and Procurement projects.
? Each role will be more of a supporting PM to an overall PM and will manage individual work streams.
? For CMS, experience in a Supply Chain or ERP environment would be beneficial. At the end of analysis, going through RFPs for the solution. Experience with Coupa would be beneficial.
? Supply Chain projects are at varying stages, some in Build, Activation, and Design.
? Procurement is in Design. Large system migration experience would be beneficial here.
? MUST have experience managing large, complex projects. (This is key!) There are a lot of executive level stakeholders involved, and these projects are at least $20M. The manager realistically doesn't want to phone screen candidates that haven't lead $1-1.5M projects.
? Must have excellent communication skills to correspond with stakeholders as well as the project team, as well as the ability to work with a larger team of PMs.
? Some projects have politically-charged components, so they need to be self-aware and know when to push or when not to.
? Must have experience with MS Project and SharePoint.
? Minimal to no travel required, depending on which project they will be assigned to.
? All have the potential to be extended.
? Please focus on candidates that will not require sponsorship if converted to a FTE.
? Manager will complete phone screens, followed by onsite interviews with select stakeholders, so local candidates are highly preferred.
? Attached project deliverable template must be completed for candidate to be considered.
