Description
Bachelor's degree plus 2-5 years of related work experience with a good understanding of specified functional area, or Master's degree with 0.5-2 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

This position is for the Internal Digital Operations group. Main responsibilities include content management and project management support of Internal Digital Operations projects supporting brand and function teams within the client. Candidate must be computer savvy and able to navigate through multiple systems. Ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in SharePoint, Photoshop, Word and Excel, as well as be customer-focused and have a strong sense of initiative.

Additional duties to include: frequent team interface to ensure internal websites are up to date and current. Manage content includes uploading spotlight stories, brand materials, calendar events, documents, etc. May create scripts, produce and publish site tutorials for newly launched SharePoint sites and provide training materials to clients on how to navigate new sites.

Entry to mid-level support position requiring a degree or equivalent experience, broad-based professional business work experience, and strong computer user skills. Tasks would generally involve a mix of several skills and abilities used in marketing/communications, sales/customer service, operations, HR, or R&D, possibly a concentration in more than one business discipline and not necessarily a mastery of any one area. Must be able to operate at a high level in a deadline-related setting.

  • Experience with the following tools a plus: Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Professional), Camtasia, Brainshark, Omniture, Web Ex and Brightcove training tool
