This position will work in the Marketing Operations Department supporting the Material Review Training Team in the creation and delivery of effective material review process and system training to internal and external teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated, agile, and a team player with a desire to evolve the training team.

? Work with training managers to delivery on training needs. (This role will not be performing the training.)
? Data entry - maintaining email and training lists.
? Meeting coordination ? obtaining meeting rooms, ordering snacks, preparing meeting room (projectors, screens, tear pads, dry erase markers, course hand-outs, etc.), taking attendance.
? Communicates with trainees (colleagues) in regard to sign-up, requirements and training follow-ups. Ensuring the timely communications associated with the training curriculums are executed.
? Prepare educational materials such as job aids, training presentations, and training module summaries.
? Enter in trainees into the Learning Management System, assign trainees course curriculums, record completions of course curriculums, and remind trainees of uncompleted courses.

? Maintain accuracy of the Educ8 SharePoint site.
Manage user access to SharePoint website.
Upload and delete content from the SharePoint website.
? Gather data and report training metrics.

? Proficient in (MS Office) Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Educational Requirements:
? High School Diploma required, but an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Keep Educ8 SharePoint up to date - Remove and add new content
  • Manage site access requests
  • Post information to News Feed
  • Manage FAQ
  • Post to ProMo calendars
  • Assist with updates to email lists

? Collab SharePoint Site
  • Manage site access requests
  • Manage creation/updates of brand collab sites

? ProMO Onboarding Program
  • Responsible for sending onboarding job shadow emails to individuals for new ProMO employees
  • Responsible for updating Onboarding (4-week) training grid
  • Attend required meetings to support the onboarding program
  • Create/Assemble ProMO Playbooks

? Agency Training
  • Assist with Agency Champion Meetings (weekly)
  • Send agenda reminders to Champion teams
  • Gather Champion agendas and distribute to ePASS/Compass for feedback
  • Create final agendas for meetings
  • Schedule online agency training and follow up sessions
  • Attend a few of the agency training sessions (i.e New York, Chicago)
? Assist with creation of PMR training materials
  • Work with PMR on job aids for consistency with ProMO PM's Job Aids
? ProMO Huddle
  • Schedule and manage huddle agenda
  • Create the decks and post to Educ8 SharePoint
? Marketing Training
  • Support Marketing Training ? only on an as needed basis ? TBD
  • Create Step 1 and Step 3 Training Packets
  • Send training resource materials to trainees as needed
